AR82.10-P-4632T Remove/Install Xenon Headlamp Control Module
- with CODE (614) Bi-xenon headlamp unit
- with CODE (615) Bi-xenon headlamp unit with integrated curve illumination

Illustrated On Left Lamp Unit:

DANGER:
- Danger from Xenon headlamp high voltage
- Do not touch parts which conduct high voltages. Persons with active electronic implants (e.g.heart pacemakers) should never work on xenon headlamps.

1 Disconnect ground cable of battery
2 Remove left front headlamp unit (El)
- Only when removing the Xenon headlamp supply module (E1n4) of the left front headlamp unit (E1) on vehicles with Code (489a) Airmatic (semi-active air suspension)
3.1 Remove engine compartment paneling at bottom front
3.2 Remove bottom front part of noise encapsulation.
4 Remove bolts (1)
5 Carefully press off Xenon headlamp supply module (E1n4) from the left front lamp unit (E1) using a longitudinal wedge

NOTE: Installation: Ensure correct seating of gasket (2).

6 Install in the reverse order
