AR82.10-P-4013T Remove/Install Power Module of Headlamp Range Adjustment (HRA [LWR])
- with CODE (614) Bi-xenon headlamp unit
- with CODE (615) Bi-xenon headlamp unit with integrated curve illumination

Illustrated On Left Lamp Unit:

DANGER:
- Danger from Xenon headlamp high voltage
- Do not touch parts which conduct high voltages. Persons with active electronic implants (e.g.heart pacemakers) should never work on xenon headlamps.

1 Disconnect ground cable of battery
2 Remove left front headlamp unit (E1)
- Only when removing the HRA [LWR] power module (E1n3) of the left front headlamp unit (E1) on vehicles with Code (489a) Airmatic (semi-active air suspension)
3.1 Remove engine compartment paneling at bottom front
3.2 Remove bottom front part of noise encapsulation.
4 Unscrew bolts (1)
5 Carefully press off HRA [LWR] power module (E1n3) from the left front lamp unit (E1), or right lamp unit using longitudinal wedge

NOTE: Installation: Ensure correct seating of gasket (2).

6 Install in the reverse order
