Possible cause and remedy

- In the case of warranty or goodwill operations, see TIPS document in design group 09.40
Procedure

- Check component Y100/1 (Right charge pressure positioner) for unobstructed movement by actuation.
Proceed to 'Actuation' with F2

Test prerequisite

- Engine at idle
- All electrical accessories must be switched off.
Test sequence

- The entire linkage from component Y100/1 (Right charge pressure positioner) to the turbocharger must move visibly during the actuation.
Important note

- Never actuate turbocharger adjusting mechanism by hand.
Proceed to 'Actuation' with F2
