1 Use ultrasonic PTS control module (62) as template and transfer holes (see arrow in figure section) to left side wall of trunk (see arrows).
2 Drill holes with 6.5 mm dia. bit (see arrows).






3 Insert connector for ultrasonic back-up assist wiring harness (1) into plug location for ultrasonic PTS control module (62).
Plug locations are coded and cannot be mixed up.






4 Fasten ultrasonic PTS control module (62) with plug locations downward between fender and sheet metal part with 2 screws, lock washer and nuts.
The screw head is located in the trunk (see arrows).
