AR20.00-P-1145-03R Carrying Out the Bleeding Process For the Low Temperature Circuit
AR20.00-P-1145-03R Carrying out the bleeding process for the low temperature circuit
1 Connect venturi nozzle (6) to the vacuum box (1) - connection (U) to connection (G).
2 Generate a vacuum in the vacuum box (1) - open valve (H).
The vacuum is displayed.
3 Actuate the circulation pump of the low temperature circuit - connect the switch at the relay plug position.
4 Generate a vacuum in the low temperature circuit - open the valves (C, D)
Wait for 15 seconds. 5 Start the bleeding process - open the valve (O) for at least five minutes.
The air in the coolant is removed by flushing the low temperature circuit.
6 Observe the flow of the coolant in the region of the Y-fitting (arrow) during the bleeding process. If after five minutes the coolant flows without the formation of any bubbles, the low temperature circuit has been bled.
7 Stop the coolant flow. To do this, first close the valve (O), disconnect the switch of the circulation pump and then close the valves (C, D).
8 Reduce the vacuum - remove the compressed air (Z) from connection (M) of the venturi nozzle (6).
9 Remove the connection (L) from the test cap.
