1 Heat front axle output flange (10) to installation temperature using heating plate (040).

Check temperature constantly using remote thermometer (041).





2 Put on suitable heat protective gloves and mount front axle output flange (10).

Leave front axle output flange (10) to cool until all the components are at the same temperature in order to ensure a strong connection.

3 Screw on new hexagon collar nut.
4 Screw retainer wrench (021) onto front axle output flange (10).
5 Tighten hexagon collar nut using socket (020).
