4 To adjust the camber and caster, the standard bolt (19a) on the front lower transverse control arm or rear lower transverse control arm must be replaced with a repair bolt (19c).
The repair bolt (19c) is centered by the adjusting washers (19d) in the elongated hole. The repair bolt (19c) can be installed on the right or left by inserting the adjusting washers (19d). As a result a range of adjustment of 3 mm inwards or outwards arises at the lower transverse control arm.
The repair bolt (19c) must not be twisted after fixing in position in the rubber mount of the lower transverse control arm. Only tighten the nuts in the ready to drive condition so that the rubber mount of the lower transverse control arm can twist when the vehicle is rocked to settle the suspension.
