Trailer Coupling Mechanics:

1. Pull out cable (1) as far as the end stop and insert in the cutout (arrow) of the trailer connection unit control panel (A63/1).
2. Guide control cable (1) into bush (10) from behind.
The cable (1) must seat in the bushing as far as the end stop (10).

3. Connect 3-pin connector from release switch wiring harness (2) on rear of trailer connection unit operating unit (A63/1).











4. Mount trailer connection unit control panel (A63/1) on mounting console (14) as per picture and tighten to the specified torque with three bolts M6 x 55 (16).
5. Remove the shipping guard (arrow) between the crossmember and the swiveling ball neck.







6. Install the cable (1) in the bracket's holder (60).
