Rough Downshifting When Accelerating
If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of rough downshifting (5-4-3) occurring while accelerating, which is reproducible at about 40 MPH in 5th gear and accelerating with approximately 50-70% of accelerator pedal travel, this can be caused by transmission software which is not fully optimized. In such cases, update the transmission software using Star Diagnosis version 1/2005 or later and install software number 000 448 38 10 which is included on the Star Diagnosis DVD to resolve.
Note:
After flashing the transmission software, perform SCN coding.
