AR82.30-P-6800P Remove/Install Wiper Motor

Shown On Model 203.0:

DANGER: Injury Hazard - Windshield wiper mechanism can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.

- Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.

1 Remove wiper system.
2 Cut through cable straps (1)
3 Pry off right articulated rod (2) from ball-jointed arm (6) and remove

CAUTION: Do not loosen or remove nut (4).

4 Prize left articulated rod (3) from ball-jointed arm (6) and remove
5 Unscrew bolts (5).

Screw on Wiper Motor Attachment
Model 203 - 13 N.m
Model 209 - 9 N.m

6 Remove wiper motor (M6/1) from linkage
7 Install in the reverse order
