Adjusting

Danger:
- Lethal injuries are possible if vehicle slips off of lifting platform
- Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

1 Move selector lever to position "D".

NOTE: Have an assistant hold the selector lever in position "D" for the entire duration of the adjustment work.

2 Loosen bolt (99)
3 Move range selector lever (33) to position "D"
4 Tighten bolt (99)

CAUTION: The vehicle must be horizontal, otherwise correct adjustment is not guaranteed and shift problems may occur.

NOTE: Press against rod head (98) to tighten. Do not twist shift rod (63) or rod head (98).
