Component Identification:





1 Press out fender tip approx. 5 - 6 mm using a suitable pressing tool.
2 Using a suitable plastic mallet, knock out the side wall that is under pressure in inner wheel house (see arrow).
3 Completely fold over the fold in the wheel house while under pressure up to lower edge of lateral protective strip.
4 Press out fender panel with edge roller (1) until panel is vertical.
5 Angle inner edge 90 degrees upwards in indicated area (D).

Component Identification:





6 Drive both indicated openings (see arrows) slightly outwards.

Avoid contact with outer side wall (pressure marks).

7 Check tire clearance with fully compressed rear suspension; at least 5 mm.
8 Grind the reworked area with scouring pad, clean, prime and seal.
9 When the primer has dried, paint the reworked area and seal with protective wax.
10 Cut rear apron (2) on both sides in indicated area (E).
11 Drill hole with a diameter of 7 mm for plastic rivet (3) according to specifications.

Dimension F=100 mm is measured from the upper edge of the rear apron.
12 Secure left and right wheel house insert using plastic rivet (3).

13 Fold the fender panel in several stages to dimension (C) in indicated area (A).
C = 65 degrees
