AR33.25-P-0400P Remove/Install Steering Knuckle
- except CODE (P98) Black Series [model 209.3]







DANGER:
- Lethal injuries are possible if vehicle slips off of lifting platform
- Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

1 Raise vehicle.
2 Remove front wheel
3 Remove brake rotor
4 Remove front wheel hub
5 Detach brake caliper dust shield
6 Remove wheelspeed sensor
7 Remove track rod from steering knuckle assembly
8 Remove transverse link from steering knuckle assembly

NOTE: Use suitable punch to push out ball joint stud.

9 Remove radius rod from steering knuckle assembly

NOTE: Use suitable punch to push out ball joint stud

10 Remove steering knuckle assembly from strut
11 Remove steering knuckle assembly
12 Install in the reverse order
