AR46.40-P-0200I Remove/Install Outer Tie Rod

Remove/install Tie Rod

Shown On Model 220:

1 Remove front wheels

2 Press tie rod joint (10a) out of steering knuckle assembly
- Installation: Replace self-locking nut

3 Loosen lock nut (10f) and unscrew tie rod (10)

NOTE: Counterhold the tie rod (10) to slacken the lock nut (10f) (arrows).

4 Install in the reverse order
5 Check front wheel toe and adjust if necessary
