AR47.10-P-7541PR Remove/Install Filler Neck of Fuel Tank

Shown On Model 203.035 With Engine 111:

Remove/Install

DANGER:
- Risk of death. Death may result if vehicle slips or topples from the lifting platform.
- Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

1 Raise vehicle.
2 Take off right rear wheel
- Wheel bolt = 110 Nm

3 Remove fender liner (1) in right rear fender

DANGER:
- Risk of explosion from fuel igniting, risk of poisoning from inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin from contact with fuel.
- No fire, sparks, naked flames or smoking.
- Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.
- Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

4 Slacken hose clamps (2)
5 Detach connection lines (3)
6 Remove screws (4).
7 Unscrew fuel filler cap
8 Press out rubber seal (5)

NOTE: Installation: Check rubber seal (5) for damage, replace if necessary. Ensure correct seating of rubber seal (5).

9 Pull filler neck (6) down a little
10 Loosen hose clamp (7)
11 Detach vent line (8)
12 Remove filler neck (6)

NOTE: Installation: Check ground line (9) for damage, if necessary replace filler neck (6).

13 Install in the reverse order
