AR82.10-P-1201Q Remove/Install Bulbs of Headlamp Unit
- without CODE (614) Bi-xenon headlamp
- without CODE (615) Bi-xenon headlamp with integrated curve illumination







1 Rotate and remove housing cover (low beam) (2) from front left (E1) and right (E2) headlamp assemblies

NOTE: Low beam bulb (7).

2 Simultaneously rotate electrical connection, bulb holder and bayonet ring (8) counterclockwise

NOTE: Low beam (7).

3 Rotate and remove turn signal lamp (4) pedestal
4 Rotate and remove housing cover (high beam, standing lamp) (3) from front left (E1) and right (E2) headlamp assemblies

NOTE: High beam bulb (5), standing and parking lamp bulb (6).

5 Simultaneously rotate electrical connection, bulb holder and bayonet ring (8) counterclockwise

NOTE: High beam bulb (5).

6 Rotate electrical connection and bulb holder counterclockwise

NOTE: Standing lamp and parking lamp bulb (6)

7 Remove bulb

NOTE:
Installation: Do not touch glass of bulbs with bare fingers. Use non-greasy, soft cloth and pay attention to correct installation position.

8 Install in the reverse order
9 Perform function check
