Function
Three positions can be stored manually and one position automatically for each transmitter key for the left electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (M21/1) and the right electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (M21/2) via the memory function.
For storage of an outside mirror position, the left door seat adjustment switch group (memory) (S91/2) has memory location 1, 2, 3 switch (S91/2s14) as well as the memory switch (S91/2s9) required for starting the storage operation. The signal for storing the position of the left front door control unit (N69/1) is relayed via the CAN-B bus (CAN-B) and is read in by the diver-side front seat adjustment control unit with memory and convenience entry (N32/1).
Before storage, the left electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (M21/1) and the right electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (M21/2) are adjusted to the desired position with the exterior light switch module (S1)

There are two possibilities for manual storage.
^ Press memory switch (S91/2s9) and hold and momentarily press desired memory location switch in memory location switch 1, 2, 3 (S91/2s14)
^ Press memory switch (S91/2s9) for min. 0.1 s and press desired memory location switch in memory location switch 1, 2, 3 (S91/2s14) within 3 s.

Automatic storing position:
^ The last driving position of the driver's seat, steering column and outside mirror is automatically stored in relation to the key when c. 15c is switched off.

The positions of the left electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (M21/1) are stored in the left door control module (N69/1), the positions of the right electrically adjustable and heated outside mirror (M21/2) are stored in the right door control module (N69/2).
