0100 STAR DIAGNOSIS
X11/22 Data link connector (1.3)

1 Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS (0100) to the data link connector (X11/4) or the data link connector (1.3) (X11/22).
2 Switch on ignition.
3 Start DAS.
4 Determine vehicle model, model series and type of steering.
5 Select "Major assembly groups" and then proceed to "Control units" in the menu.
6 Select the following from the menu in sequence:
a Information - communications
b IC - instrument cluster
c Control unit adaptations
d Version coding
e Optional equipment

7 Select the "Special equipment" menu, then proceed to "Phone." Reset from "not installed" to "installed" and transfer code to the control unit.
8 Terminate DAS session and disconnect Star Diagnosis (0100).
