GF72.29-P-4106-03N Front Passenger-side Door Control Module, Purpose

Purpose
The front passenger-side door control module senses the window position in the passenger door and stores this information on the passenger compartment bus (CAN B).

The automatic air conditioning pushbutton control module reads in the signals for the window position in the passenger door over the CAN B bus to achieve better control quality with the window open.

The door control module reads in the dew point temperature over the CAN B bus for efficient operation of the outside rearview mirror defroster.

The dew point is a value calculated from the input signals of the multi- function sensor and is stored on the CAN B bus by the automatic air conditioning pushbutton control module.
