AR67.20-P-3600PB Remove/Install Bottom Rear Window











1 Prepare glue cartridge
2 Remove rear shelf

NOTE: Unclip right and left pull cables

3 Remove center high-mounted stop lamp
4 Cover connection points at bottom rear window (1) with double layer of adhesive strip
5 Remove side covers (2) from tailgate

NOTE: Loosen from sheet metal clips by pulling forcefully

6 Largely cover passenger compartment

DANGER:
- Risk of injury from slipping when clamping blade in the multicutter and from glass splinters when cutting out glued windows
- Always interrupt air supply when inserting or removing blade.
- Wear protective gloves and eye protection.

7 Remove bottom rear window

NOTE: It is not possible to remove the bottom rear window (1) without any damage.

8 Prepare tailgate cover for installing window
9 Install bottom rear window

10 Install side covers on tailgate
11 Install center high-mounted stop lamp
12 Insert rear shelf
13 Clean bottom rear window (1)
