Arrangement
B4/3 Fuel tank pressure sensor

The fuel tank pressure sensor is integrated into the closing plate of the left fuel tank chamber.

Task
The fuel tank pressure sensor detects the pressure inside the fuel tank for testing the leaks in the fuel system (leak test).

Function
The fuel tank pressure sensor detects the pressure inside the tank and supplies a corresponding voltage signal to the ME control unit (N3/10).
The voltage supply of 5 V is performed by the ME control unit.

The measuring range extends from approx. - 50 mbar to approx. + 30 mbar.
