Convenience Closing/Opening With Recirculated Air Pushbutton Function

Convenience Closing/opening With Recirculated Air Button, Interlinkage Of Components:

Function Requirements
- Circuit 15 ON
- no overvoltage/undervoltage
- Power windows in synchronized state (with automatic one-touch up)

Convenience closing feature via recirculated air button
By pressing or holding down the recirculated air button on the AAC pushbutton and control module (N22) the convenience closing feature is actuated.

The left door control module (N69/1), the right door control module (N69/2) and the UVS control module (N52) receive the command for automatically closing the windows by the AAC pushbutton and control module (N22) via the passenger compartment CAN bus. Simultaneously the momentary window positions are stored in the corresponding control module. Then the windows are actuated for t = 80 ms with time offset to avoid power surges.

NOTE: The pinch protection is not active when the convenience closing feature is activated with the recirculated air button.

Convenience opening feature via recirculated air button
When the recirculated air button is pressed again for t > 1 seconds the windows are automatically moved back to the previously stored positions.

Exception: If individual windows are opened manually during the recirculated air mode, these positions are maintained even when the recirculated air function is terminated.

NOTE:
- The window positions stored within the convenience closing feature via the recirculated air button are erased when the ignition is switched off
- With the convenience closing/convenience opening feature the Vario roof is not actuated by the recirculated air button.
