Vario Roof Locked Limit Switch (Left Rotary Tumbler), Location/Purpose







NOTE: The Vario roof locked limit switch (right rotary tumbler) (S69/2) is identical and is located in the rotary tumbler on the right inside of the roof.

Location
On rotary tumbler on left front Vario roof.

Purpose
The single-pole normally open contact sends a ground signal to the RVC control module (N52) as soon as the left rotary tumbler has locked. The Vario roof locked limit switch (left rotary tumbler) (S69/3) and Vario roof locked limit switch (right rotary tumbler) (S69/2) are connected in parallel.
