Load Assist Up/Down Limit Switch, Location/Purpose






Location
On left main bearing next to Vario roof hydraulic cylinder

Purpose
One single-pole switch each sends a ground signal to the RVC control module (N52) as soon as the Vario roof folded in the trunk is lifted or lowered.

NOTE: If the load assist is not in its end position, a ground signal (input open) is not sent to the RVC control module (N52).
