AR68.10-P-1505R Remove/Install Bottom Section of Instrument Panel (left)

















1 Move driver's seat toward rear
2 Remove instrument cluster

NOTE: Do not disconnect electrical connector from instrument cluster. Lift instrument cluster until screws (2) are accessible.

3 Unscrew bolts (2)
4 Unclip paneling (3) with assembly wedge
5 Unscrew screw (4)
6 Remove remote control key (A8/1)
7 Unscrew trim ring (9) from EIS control module (N73) with slotted nut wrench
8 Remove cover below left of instrument panel
9 Unscrew bolts (5)
10 Unclip paneling (6) with assembly wedge
11 Unscrew screw (7)
12 Remove rotary light switch
13 Unscrew screw (8)
14 Remove instrument panel bottom section (1) downward

NOTE: Thereby pull EIS control module (N73) out of instrument panel bottom section (1) toward rear. Do not disconnect electrical connector from EIS control module (N73).

15 Install in the reverse order
