AR82.35-P-6970P Remove/Install Windshield Washer Nozzle

Shown On Model 203.0:

DANGER:
Injury Hazard Windshield wiper mechanism can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.
- Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.

1 Open engine hood
2 Unscrew screws, ventilation grille to engine hood(1)
3 Take off ventilation grille

CAUTION: Avoid damaging paintwork at hood and at ventilation grille.

4 Press T-piece (2) out of left windshield washer nozzle (4)
5 Remove connector from left washer nozzle heater (R2/2)
6 Unclip left windshield washer nozzle (4)
7 Push elbow (3) out of right windshield washer nozzle (5)
8 Remove connector from right washer nozzle heater (R2/3)
9 Unclip right windshield washer nozzle (5)
10 Install in the reverse order
11 Inspect fluid level of windshield washer system, adjust to correct level
12 Windshield wiper, windshield washing system function check
