Component Identification:

The following lamps for the front occupants are integrated in the overhead control panel control unit (N70 ):
^ Left front reading lamp (N70e2)
^ Right front reading lamp (N70e3)
^ Left front reading lamp switch (N70s6)
^ Right front reading lamp switch (N70s7)

Function sequence when switching on the reading lamps
The respective left front reading lamp (N70e2) or right front reading lamp (N70e3) are switched on by operating the left front reading lamp switch (N70s6) or right front reading lamp switch (N70s7) in the overhead control panel control unit (N70).

Function sequence when switching off the reading lamps
The respective left front reading lamp (N70e2) or right front reading lamp (N70e3) are switched off by operating the left front reading lamp switch (N70s6) or right front reading lamp switch (N70s7) again.
When the data bus is on standby, the left front reading lamp (N70e2) and right front reading lamp (N70e3) are switched off automatically after 30 minutes to conserve the battery capacity (G1).
