GF82.20-P-2027Q Manual Dome Lamp Actuation, Function

Component Identification:

Switching the front dome lamp (N70e1) on an off manually in the overhead control panel (N70)
The front dome lamp (N70e1) is switched on dimmed via the dome lamp switch (N70s3) in the "ON" or "OFF" position in the overhead control panel control unit (N70).
The lamp is switched off dimmed by resetting the dome lamp switch (N70s3) or automatically after 30 minutes to conserve the battery capacity (G1) when the data bus is on standby.

Switching the rear dome lamp on and off manually (E15/3)
The rear dome lamp (E15/3) is switched on dimmed via the rear dome lamp switch (N70s2) in the "ON" or "OFF" position in the overhead control panel control unit (N70). The lamp is switched off dimmed by resetting the rear dome lamp switch (N70s2) or automatically after 30 minutes to conserve the battery capacity (G1) when the data bus is on standby.

In the event of undervoltage or overvoltage the front dome lamp (N70e1) and rear dome lamp (E15/3) are switched off immediately without dimming. When the correct voltage is restored, the front dome lamp (N70e1) and rear dome lamp (E15/3) are switched on without dimming.

The lamps are not switched off on vehicles with anti-theft alarm system (ATA) (code 551a).
