Switching over with switch

Function prerequisites:
- Terminal 15R ON or terminal 15 ON
- No undervoltage present
- Heated seats switched on

Function
- The switch over from heating Stage "1" to "2" or from "2" to "1", is done in each case by pressing the non adjacent applied position once only on the heated seats' switch.
- The heated seats' control module reduces or increases the power output for the heating elements in the seats depending upon the selected heating stage.
- The switch over is indicated by one or both of the LEDS being illuminated in the heated seats' switch.

Automatic switch over from Stage "1" after elapse of the heating uptime

Function prerequisite:
- Terminal 15R ON or terminal 15 ON

- Heated seats are switched on

Function
- When the maximum heating up time of 5 mm is reached the heated seats' control module independently initiates a switch over process from heating Stage "2" to Stage "1" to reduce the energy consumption level.
- The heated seats' control module reduces the power output for the heating elements in the seats and switches the second LED in the heated seats' switch off.
