AR46.10-P-0600-06I Remove/install height adjustment motor gear mechanism
- with CODE (275) Memory package (driver seat, steering column, mirrors)

Component Identification:

Removing
1.1 Model 215, 220: Unclip microswitch connector (a).
2 Remove bolts (60a) from gearing (60). Remove gearing (60) and detach gearing connection piece (60e).

Shown on model 220

Install
3 Insert gearing (60) and slide on gearing connection piece (60e).
4 Install bolts (60a) for gear mechanism (60).

Do not tighten bolts (60a) until the mounting console (87) is mounted on the steering column tube.

5 Check alignment of the two holes (arrows) in the pins. To do this, insert a suitable bolt through the holes and turn the pins to adjust the height if necessary.

The chamfers of the bolt eyes (arrows) must point outwards.

6.1 Model 215, 220: Clip in microswitch connector (a).
