Remove/Install Low Temperature Water Cooler

Remove/Install

DANGER:
- Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.
- Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

1 Remove engine compartment paneling
2 Drain coolant at radiator

3 Remove radiator
4 Loosen space-saving clamps on low temperature water cooler (110/11)
- See Commercially Available Tools below.

5 Pull coolant hoses off low temperature water cooler (110/11)
6 Unscrew bolts at low temperature water cooler (110/1)
7 Remove low temperature water cooler (110/11)

CAUTION: Installation: Ensure the low temperature water cooler is correctly seated to avoid any loss of water.

8 Install in the reverse order
9 Inspect cooling system for leaks
