Function
Pressing the defroster button defroster ( ) initiates the function .

The defroster function works according to the following new logic:

^ heating power is controlled by the outside temperature.
^ the entire air flow is directed at the windshield and the front side windows by the defroster vents
^ the blown-in air is dehumidified, reheat mode
^ blending air flaps set to 100 % heating
^ blower power at 80 %, can be manually controlled
^ shut-off motor, heat exchanger open
^ footwell vents closed
