AR14.10-P-3915R Remove/Install Exhaust Manifold

Remove, Install Exhaust Manifold







Remove/Install
1 Remove exhaust system
2 Remove air cleaner housing
3 Remove ignition coils
4 Remove exhaust manifold

NOTE: Installation: Replace ruts (156/1) and gaskets (156/5).

- Nut to exhaust manifold = 16 Nm

NOTE:
- If bolts at flange connection of exhaust manifold exhaust pipes are stiff, or thread damaged:
- Replace rivet nuts in exhaust manifold.

5 Install in the reverse order

- Flange connection of exhaust manifold or front exhaust pipes = 20 Nm
