Location
The sound amplifier (A2/13) is fastened to the vehicle floor in the rear area behind the driver's seat (under the rear box).

Purpose
Processing (tone settings) and amplification of all audio signals (radio, CD, voice output for navigation, etc.)

Design
- Interface to digital data bus
- Connection for sound amplifier microphone (B25/6)
- Digital filter technology
- 6 outputs for speakers: Left front/rear front door, right front/rear front door, center, woofer
