Intermittent Synchronization Loss from Sliding Roof/Panorama Roof

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of intermittent synchronization loss on sliding roof or panorama the condition may be the result of the voltage at the overhead control panel (OCP) dropping briefly below 5 volts. It will set DTC code 9032 (supply voltage of control unit N7211, upper control panel UCP [OBF] is to low [under voltage]) and it is not the part number listed below. To resolve, please replace the OCP with the part numbers indicated below.
