AR35.31-P-0592-01QBS Disconnect and connect rear axle differential oil cooler lines

Component Identification:

Disconnect rear axle differential oil lines
Clean the area around the separation point thoroughly before opening the oil lines (14, 15).

1 Open locking clip (13) using pliers (01) and push back onto oil line (15).
2 Pull oil lines (14, 15) apart.

Seal off line connections with plugs.

3 Remove locking clip (13) from oil line (15).

Connect rear axle differential oil lines
Each time the oil lines (14, 15) are disconnected, the locking clip (13), seal ring (11) and O-ring (12) must be replaced, otherwise leaks and irreparable damage may occur at the rear axle differential.

4 Replace seal ring (11) and O-ring (12).

Make sure that the seal ring (11) and O-ring (12) are seated correctly on the oil line (14).

5 Open locking clip (13) and fit on oil line (14), making sure that locking clip (13) is installed correctly.
6 Push oil lines (14, 15) together until locking clip (13) engages correctly in oil line (15).

Make sure that the retaining lugs (13a, 13b) are seated correctly in the mounting recesses (14a, 15a).

When pushing together, make sure that the seal ring (11) and O-ring (12) are not damaged, otherwise leaks can occur which can then lead to irreparable damage to the rear axle differential.
