AR27.20-P-0200-03R Drain Gear Oil From Torque Converter
- TRANSMISSION 722.6/9/9 (except 722.93)
- with drain plug on the torque converter








1 Take out cover (1) from bell housing.
2 Turn the engine in the direction of engine rotation until the drain screw (2a) on the torque converter (2) is accessible.
3 Remove drain screw (2a) from torque converter (2) and allow ATF to drain.
Transmission 722.6: Allow ATF to drain into a used oil collecting device

Transmission 722.9: Allow ATF to drain into a drain pan and note the quantity drained.

4 Replace sealing ring of drain screw (2a) and screw drain screw (2a) into the torque converter (2)
5 Insert cover (1) in bell housing.
