Telediagnosis call (roadside assistance call)
Pressing the MB-Info and breakdown assistance button group (S93/6) automatically sends an SMS to the Service Center. The following data are automatically transmitted in a roadside assistance call:
^ Vehicle position
^ Customer identification data
^ Vehicle identification data
^ Status data
^ Fault code

MB-Info call function
The service is activated by the user by pressing the MB-Info and breakdown assistance button group (S93/6). If the service is authorized and no service of a higher order is active, the emergency call system control unit (N123/4) sends an SMS to the Service Center. The following data are transmitted for this purpose:
^ Vehicle position
^ Customer identification data
^ Vehicle identification data
