With Code 414, Sliding Roof Tilting/Sliding Roof Loses Normalization

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles that the tilting/sliding roof does not open, close, tilt up or tilt down using the one touch feature, this may be due to a software issue in the Overhead Control Panel (OCP / N70). To resolve, verify via SDS that the OCP installed has a Q-status lower than the parts listed below. If the OCP has a lower Q-status, replace the OCP. Refer to WIS documents AR82.20-P-1000Q (for 209.3) and AR82.20-P-1000M (for 215 and 220) for OCP removal/installation instructions.
