AR40.15-P-0100M Remove, Install Control Module Of Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPM)







1 Read out variant coding of TPM [RDK] control module (N88)

NOTE:
- To do this connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and transfer data of TPM [RDK] control module (N88) to STAR DIAGNOSIS
- Installation: Transfer stored data to new TPM [RDK] control module (N88)

2 Move passenger seat into rearmost position.
3 Remove floor mat and lift back floor covering (1) in passenger footwell.
4 Remove impact absorber (2).
5 Unscrew plastic nuts (3) and remove step plate (4)
6 Unlock electrical connector (5) and unplug connector from TPM [RDK] control module (N88)
7 Unscrew bolt (6) and pull TPM [RDK] control module (N88) out of retaining clamp (7)
8 Install in the reverse order
9 Read out fault memory and erase if necessary
10 Activate the tire pressure monitoring system
- Select settings on display system
