Sunroof / Moonroof Motor: Service and Repair

AR77.20-P-1800E Remove/Install Sliding Roof Drive
- with CODE (412b) Electric tilting/sliding roof
- with CODE (414a) Glass electric tilting/sliding roof

Shown Without Headliner:

Aus-, Einbauen
1 Remove lining on sliding/tilting roof
2 Close sliding/tilting roof
3.1 Remove front dome lamp unit
3.2 Remove overhead control panel
4 Remove bolts (1, 2)
- Bolt to sliding roof drive: Hex head: 8 Nm
- Bolt to sliding roof drive: Torx: 4 Nm
Hex socket: 4 Nm

5 Remove sliding roof drive (3), disconnect connector (4)

NOTE: Installation:
- Check position of marks before installation, Adjust lift angle
- Check position of marks before installation, Remove folding rubber element, adjust lifting angle

6 Install in reverse order.
