AR77.20-P-1700F Remove/Install Tilting Bracket on Sliding/Pop-Up Roof
- with CODE (414a) Electric glass sliding/pop-up roof







1 Remove sliding/pop-up roof panel
2.1 Push cover (1) toward front, unhook sliders (3, 4) from slide rail (8) and lift out cover

NOTE: When unhooking push cover (1) to side.

2.2 Slide cover (1) to rear
3 Actuate sliding/pop-up roof switch in closing direction until sliding/pop-up roof drive switches off
4 Remove water drain channel (2)
5 Unscrew screw (5)
6 Push tilting bracket (6) toward rear until the front slider (9) on the bracket (7) can be lifted out of the slide rail (8)
7 Push tilting bracket (6) toward front until the rear slider (10) on bracket (7) can be pivoted upward and out through opening in slide rail (8)
8 Remove bracket (7) from tilting bracket (6)

CAUTION: Do not break off retaining lug

9 Push tilting bracket (6) forward approx. 30 mm and remove from slide rail (8) in direction indicated by arrow
10 Reinstall in opposite order.
