Remove/Install Throttle Valve Actuator

Illustrated On Engine 112.961:

Remove/Install

1 Remove engine compartment panel (1) at top

NOTE: Pull engine compartment panel up and off at both air cleaner boxes and at bracket.

2 Remove air cleaner housing (2) together with the two corrugated hoses (4) and the intake lines (3)
3 Unplug connector of throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
4 Remove torx screws (6) from throttle valve actuator (M16/6)

- Bolt to throttle valve actuator, (Engine 112, 113.992) = 9 Nm
(Engine 113.987/990/991) = 10 Nm

5 Lift out throttle valve actuator (M16/6)

NOTE: Installation: Install new gasket.

6 Install in the reverse order
