Task
When actuated to apply vacuum from the vacuum reservoir to the exhaust flap diaphragm unit

Design/function
The voltage is supplied to the electromagnetic valve from terminal 87. The engine control module (ME-SFI) actuates the valve on the ground side when the cylinder shutoff is ON. This connects connection 2 and connection 3. The connection closes for pressurization.
