AR82.10-P-4730MA Remove/Install Headlamp Unit
- with CODE (612) Xenon headlamp unit
- with CODE (614) Bi-xenon headlamp unit







Removing/Installing
DANGER:
- Contact with components under high voltage can pose lethal hazard.
- Do not touch parts under high voltage. Persons with electronic implants (e.g. pacemakers) should not perform work on ignition system.
- High voltage from xenon headlamps
- Do not touch parts under high voltage. Persons with electronic implants (e.g. pacemakers) should never work on xenon headlamps.


1 Open engine hood, move to upright position
2 Remove front bumper
3 Unscrew screws (1, 2)
4 Remove left headlamp unit (E1) toward center of vehicle

NOTE: Installation: Ensure that the ball head (4) on the headlamp housing is positioned in its mount

5 Unclip and disconnect electrical connections (lighting and headlamp range control).
6 Install in the reverse order

Inspecting
7 Adjust xenon headlamp to zero position
8 Check and correct headlamp adjustment.
