Rear Heater Core (Models with Rear A/C)

The heater core serves for heating the air flowing through to the rear compartment nozzles and/or rear footwell nozzles in the rear passenger compartment.

The heated coolant flows through the rear heater core for the left and right side separately. The banks of aluminum tubes and louvers transfer the heat to the outside where it is absorbed by the air lowing by on the way to the rear compartment nozzles and/or rear footwell outlets in the rear passenger compartment.
