Task

The left front SAM control module (N10/6) has the following task:

- Controlling ATA
- Controlling wiper system,
- controlling electrically adjustable steering column (EVL);
- Actuating wiper park heater (R10/2)
- Actuating wiper on and off relay (K40/6kH) and wiper position 1 and 2 relay (K40/6kG);
- Actuating jacket tube horizontal adjustment relay 1 (K40/6kD), jacket tube horizontal adjustment relay 2 (K40/6kE), jacket tube vertical adjustment relay 1 (K40/6kl) and jacket tube vertical adjustment relay 2 (K40/6kJ)
- Controlling exterior lighting,
- Actuating A/C compressor,
- Model 220 only Waking up the ADS suspension control module (N51) via a direct line to the ADS suspension control module (N51).
- Reading in brake fluid level switch (S11)
- Reading in parking brake switch (S12)
- Reading in microswitch for steering column driving position (M20s1)
- Reading in left front brake pad contact sensor (S10/1)
- Reading in headlamp cleaning system switch (S1s1)
- Reading in exterior lamp switch (S1)

- Reading in sensors
Coolant temperature sensor (B11/4), outside temperature indicator temperature sensor (B14), refrigeration pressure sensor (B12)
Hall sensors of telescopic adjustment motor (in/out) (M20m1) and tilt adjustment motor (up/down) (M20m2)
