AR91.29-P-1420MB Remove/Install Front Seat (Cushion) Adjusting Motors
- Seat Cushion Forward/Back







1 Move front seats toward front

NOTE: Move seat cushion up/down as far upwards as possible.

2 Remove cover (3) from side paneling (2).
3 Unscrew screw (5) from belt end fitting (4)
- Screw/nut on front seat belt buckle: 30 Nm

NOTE: Installation: When screwing on ensure that the belt end fitting (4) remains mobile

4 Unscrew bolt (1) and unclip and remove paneling (2)
5 Unscrew screws (6, 2 pcs.) from seat cushion forward/back motor (M27m6, M28m6)
- Bolt of seat adjustment motor: 4 Nm

6 Detach seat cushion forward/back motor (M27m6, M28m6) from transmission (7)

NOTE: Shaft remains in transmission (7). Installation: Motor must be inserted into pilot stud (arrows).

7 Unclip connecting cable from underside of left (N32/1), right (N32/2) front seat adjustment control module with memory

NOTE: Installation: Carefully clip connecting cable into retaining clamps on underside of control module.

8 Disconnect violet coupling (vi) from left (N2/1), right (N32/2) front seat adjustment control module with memory
9 Remove seat cushion forward/back motor (M27m6, M28m6) with connecting cable
10 Install in the reverse order
11 Check seat adjustment for proper function.
