Antenna Amplifier: Service and Repair

AR82.62-P-8300I Remove/Install Antenna Amplifier Module

Illustrated On Model 220:

1 Connect quiescent current retention unit
2 Disconnect ground lead from battery
3 Remove headliner
4 Disconnect connectors (1) on rear window antenna amplifier module (A2/12)
5 Unscrew nuts/screws (2)
6 Lower rear window antenna amplifier module (A2/12) slightly and slide out of guides in direction of trunk together with contact arms (3)

NOTE: Installation: Ensure that sliding contacts (3a) are property seated on contact arms (3)

7 Install in opposite order.
