AR33.30-P-0620-01A Detaching, Attaching and Securing Twelve-Point Collared Nut on Front Axle Shaft










Detaching





1. Apply service brake.
2. Slacken and remove twelve-point collared nut (61) holding the front axle shaft.

Attaching and securing
3. Screw on and tighten new twelve-point collared nut (61). Pay attention to tightening torque.
4. Secure twelve-point collared nut using caulker so that there is no gap between the slot and the locking tab (arrow).
